Toxicity

 

Rats with acute oral LD50 > 5000mg / kg, rats with acute percutaneous LD50 > 2000mg / kg, rats with acute inhalation of LC50 > 5000mg / L. No irritation on rabbit's eyes and skin.

 

Ames test showed no teratogenicity, no mutation and no carcinogenesis. The acute oral LD50>2000mg/kg and LC50>5200mg/L of wild duck and quail. Large sunfish LC500.31mg/L, Cyprinus 1.5mg/L, rainbow trout 0.5mg/L, Daphnia LC501.1mg/L (48h). It is nontoxic to bees.

 

Chemical property

 

The pure product is colorless crystal, m.p.199.8 C, relative density 1.54 (20 C), vapor pressure 3.9 10-7 Pa (20 C), partition coefficient 4.12 (25 C). The solubility of acetone was 190 mg/L, methanol was 44 mg/L, n-octanol was 20 mg/L, toluene was 2.7 mg/L, hexane was 0.0078 mg/L, water was 1.8 mg/L. PH value 5~9 did not hydrolyze.

 

 

Purpose

 

Novel broad-spectrum, non-endogenous pyrrole fungicides inhibit the transfer of glucose phosphorylation and mycelium growth, leading to the death of pathogens. It can be used for foliar treatment of wheat, barley, corn, pea, rape, rice, vegetables, grapes, lawn and ornamental crops. It is especially effective for controlling Fusarium Niger rot, black rot of wheat net and bacterial wilt.

 

Seed treatment of cereals and non-cereals to control seed-borne and soil-borne pathogens such as Alternaria, Crustacea, Aspergillus, Fusarium, Helminthosporium, Rhizoctonia and Penicillium. The recommended dosage is 250 ~ 500g effective ingredient /hm2. The crops are safe and harmless.
