bensulfuron methyl-Uses and synthesis methods

Bensulfuron methyl is a selective internal absorption and conduction herbicide in paddy field. It is also called "Agricultural harvest time", "rice without straw" and "convenient farming". It is low toxic to human and livestock, and low toxic to fish, birds and bees. Previously used in rice fields to control sedge and broad-leaved weeds, it has been used to control broad-leaved weeds in wheat fields. 
The fungicide can diffuse rapidly in water and be absorbed by weed roots and leaves and transferred to various parts, which hinders the biosynthesis of branched-chain amino acids. It is used to control annual and perennial broad-leaved weeds and Cyperaceae weeds in paddy fields, but has poor effect on gramineous weeds. It has good safety for wheat, rice and other crops. 
When used in wheat fields, the soil must be moist, the soil is dry and the efficacy is low. It can effectively control * broadleaf weed, such as calamus, Lophophorus, damask, swording, shepherd's purse, big vetch, Chenopodium album, rice straw vegetable, etc., usually in the 2-3 leaf stage of the weeds, and when the soil is wet, the water is sprayed with 30-40 10% grams of sodium bicarubicon per mu. Rapid diffusion in water, temperature and soil have little effect on herbicidal effect and little mobility in soil.


acetochlor-purpose

Amide selective, pre-bud herbicides can be used in corn, cotton, soybean, peanut, rape, potato, sugarcane, sesame, sunflower and legume, cruciferae, solanaceae, Compositae, umbelliferous family and other vegetable fields and orchards to control annual grasses weeds. One application of herbicides can control the whole growth period without any weeds. Grass harms. It is useless for perennial weeds.

Biochemistry
Branched chain amino acid synthesis (ALS or AHAS) inhibitor. Acts by inhibiting biosynthesis of the essential amino acids valine and isoleucine, hence stopping cell division and plant growth. No definitive mode of action is known at the molecular level. Reported to inhibit cell division by blocking protein synthesis. (Acetochlor)
