Mesotrione 15% SC Agricultural Herbicides can be used in corn fields
Usage method
It can be used for soil surface treatment before budding or spraying stem and leaf after seedling. It can absorb seeds, young roots, buds and leaves, transmit xylem and phloem. The dosage before budding is 200-300 g/hm2, and 100-150 g/hm2 after seedling.
Considering the climate characteristics of spring maize drought in the north of China, it is suggested that the spraying of methylsulfonate on the stems and leaves should be carried out. Methyl sulfonacetone 70 ~ 80g/hm2+1% methyl ester of plant oil can achieve satisfactory herbicidal effect. The summer maize in North China and central China can not only treat the soil, but also the spray of stem and leaf.
Methylsulfoxalone can be mixed with atrazine, acetochlor, isoprochlor and isoprochlor before budding. After seedling, spraying of stems and leaves can be mixed with nicosulfuron, rimsuluron, atrazine and bromobenzonitrile.
Application
It can be used to control annual broad-leaved weeds and some grasses weeds before or after maize sprouts, including Xanthium sibiricum, Abutilon sativum, Chenopodium, Amaranthus, Polygonum, Solanum nigrum, ragweed and other important broad-leaved weeds in the field, as well as some grasses weeds such as young barnyard grass, Litsea tangerine, Sargassum, brachiongrass and so on.
Purpose
Methylsulfurone is an effective inhibitor of HPPD (4-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid dioxygenase), which exists widely in various organisms and catalyzes the initiation of plastid quinone biosynthesis with tocopherol. The optimum pH of the enzyme in phosphate buffer was 7.3, but the activity range was wide. When the temperature was raised from 23 C to 30 C, the activity was twice as high. HPPD is inhibited, resulting in the accumulation of tyrosine and the depletion of plastid quinones in plant meristem.
