Toxicity
The acute oral LD50 was 2148 mg/kg (1160 mg/kg) in rats and 794 mg/kg (4166 mg/kg, 50% EC) in rabbits. Rainbow trout LC50 is 0.5mg/L (96h).
Chemical property
Light brown liquid. B.p.>200 C, m.p.>0 C, vapor pressure 133.3Pa, relative density 1.11 (30 C). At 25 C, the solubility in water is 223mg/L, which is not volatile and stable to light.
Purpose
Amide selective, pre-bud herbicides can be used in corn, cotton, soybean, peanut, rape, potato, sugarcane, sesame, sunflower and legume, cruciferae, solanaceae, Compositae, umbelliferous family and other vegetable fields and orchards to control annual grasses weeds. One application of herbicides can control the whole growth period without any weeds. Grass harms. It is useless for perennial weeds.
It is a selective herbicide for dry land before sprouting. It has a validity period of more than 8 weeks in soil. The whole growth period of the herbicide can be controlled by one application. It can be used to control annual grass weeds in peanut, corn, soybean, cotton, rape, sesame, potato, sugarcane, sunflower, orchard and legume, cruciferae, solanaceae, Compositae and umbelliferous family and other vegetable fields. It is useless for perennial weeds.
