Toxicity
The drug was used to treat male rats with acute oral LD501.75 mg/kg, female 1.125 mg/kg, rabbit 1.0 mg/kg, rabbit acute percutaneous LD509.4 mg/kg, and rats with acute inhalation of LC50200 mg/m3. It has no obvious stimulation to the skin and irritation to the eyes. Catfish LC503mg/L (48h), Daphnia LC508.8mg/L. Wild duck LD501000mg/kg, quail LD501690mg/kg.
The chemical property is yellow powder. M.p.200 ~ 210 C, vapor pressure 1.78 * 10-5Pa (70 C). The solubility at 20 C is two methyl amide 730g/L, ethyl acetate 25g/L, ethanol 8.2g/L, water 19mg/L. Stable under normal conditions.
 
 
Purpose
The second generation anticoagulant rodenticide is palatable, virulent and effective against rodents resistant to the first generation anticoagulant. It is used to control rodents and wild rodents. 0.005% poison bait can be made from 0.25% EC, and rice and wheat are used as bait. The dosage of 5-15g poison bait per room and 2-3g poison bait per pile were properly increased. After poisoning the dead rat, the animal will cause 2 poisoning, so the poisoned rat should be buried deeply.
 
It is used for deratization in all kinds of environments, such as urban and rural areas, hotels, restaurants, warehouses and fields.
 
Bromadiolone is a new and highly effective second-generation anticoagulant rodenticide with strong toxicity, high efficiency, wide spectrum, safety and no secondary poisoning. The acute toxicity of Rattus norvegicus is 44 times that of sodium, 214 times of killing rats and 88 times of that of rodenticide. It can kill more than 20 kinds of wild rodents in grassland, farmland, forest area, urban and rural areas, which are resistant to the first generation of anticoagulants in time.
