Toxicity
 
Acute oral LD503024mg/kg in male rats, 2791mg/kg in female rats (LD501480-1670mg/kg in rats), 1753mg/kg in male mice, 1805mg/kg in female mice, and LD50 > 2000mg/kg in rats and mice. It has no irritation on the skin and slight irritation to the eyes. Rats were fed for 3 months without any dose of 128mg/kg feed. In the 2-year feeding test, the inactive dose was 25 mg / (kg 65 LC500.6mg/L for carp (48h), 10.7mg/L for rainbow trout (96h), 2.8mg/L for blue gill tilapia (96h), and 2.1mg/L for water flea (96h). Wild duck LD502000mg/kg, bee (contact) LD5050 mu g/ only.
 

Chemical property
 
The pure product is white powder. M.p.90.5 ~ 91.6 C, vapor pressure 9.33 * 10-5Pa (20 C), B.P. 220 C /26.7Pa. At 20 C, it can be dissolved in acetone, xylene, ethanol and n-hexane, and the solubility in water is 0.3mg/L. Storage is stable under normal conditions. The industrial product is light brown powdery solid, M.P. 89~90 C.
 
 
 
Purpose
 
Phenoxy fatty acid herbicide, selective internal absorption type stem leaf treatment agent. The insecticides are highly selective between grasses and dicotyledons. The stems and leaves can absorb the insecticides in a few hours.
 
The annual weeds can spread throughout the plant in 24 hours. It is suitable for controlling monocotyledon weeds in cotton, soybean, rape, peanut, flax, apple, grape, sugar beet and many broad-leaved vegetable crops. When increasing doses, perennial weeds such as bermudagrass, rhizome of reed and reed also play a role. For the control of gramineous weeds in cotton field, spray at 3-5 leaf stage with 10% EC (7.5-10.5mL/100m2), spray on water stems and leaves; control annual gramineous weeds in soybean field, spray at 3-5 leaf stage with 10% EC (9-15mL/100m2) and spray evenly at 6-7.5kg water; control maidenhair in rape field with well-distributed weeds and leaves or leaves.
 
When one leaf is divided, 5.3-7.5mL/100m2 of 10% EC and 20-30mL/100m2 of 10% EC are used to control the weeds in 4-6 leaf stage. It can be mixed with herbicides (betaine, carbaryl, broadleaf withered, weed incineration, etc.) to control broad-leaved weeds in single and double-leaved mixed fields every other day, or with 10% EC 7.5mL/100m2, 45% EC or 48% Bentazon 20 mL.
