The pure product is orange-yellow crystalline solid, m.p.54-58 C (56-58 C) and vapor pressure 40 Pa (3.99 x 10-5 Pa) (25 C). Soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, acetone 700g/L, isopropanol 77g/L, xylene 628g/L, corn oil 148g/L, solubility in water at 20 C 0.33mg/L. It is stable to acids and bases.
Two nitroaniline herbicides. Inhibit the division of meristem cells. The buds, stems and roots of weeds play a role in the process of germination. The absorption sites of dicotyledons are hypocotyls and monocotyledons are young buds. The symptoms of injury are inhibition of young buds and secondary roots. It can be used in corn, soybean, wheat, cotton, vegetable and orchard to control weeds such as barnyard grass, cathay, bluegrass, Chenopodium, amaranth and so on. For soybean and peanut fields, 33% EC 30-45 mL/100 M2 (effective ingredient 10-15 g/100 m2), 33% EC 30 mL/100 M2 (effective ingredient 10 g/100 m2) for corn fields, and 33% EC 15-22 mL/100 M2 (effective ingredient 5-7.5 g/100 m2) for vegetable fields.
Pure products are white crystals. M.p.118 ~ 120 C, vapor pressure 1.33 * 10-4Pa. It is soluble in organic solvents and 48mg/L in water at 20 C. It is not inflammable, explosive and non corrosive. The raw powder is pale white or beige powder, m.p.113 to 115 degrees, with a rotten egg flavor.
Both amphibious and drought selective pesticides are three azine herbicides. It has internal absorption. It can be absorbed from roots, or seeped into plants from stems and leaves, transported to green leaves to inhibit photosynthesis, and weeds become green and dry and die. It is suitable for rice, wheat, soybean, cotton, sugarcane, fruit tree, vegetable and other crops. It can control annual broad-leaved weeds, grass, sedge and some perennial weeds, such as cattail, barnyard grass, duck tongue grass, knotweed, maidenhair grass and so on. 5-7 days after rice transplantation, 50% WP 3-6g/100m2 was used in the south, 9.8-15g/100m2 in the north and 3-4.5kg in the wet soil. The field water layer is 3 to 5cm, and the water retention is about 10d. To control weeds in dry land, 50% WP 15-22 was used before or after sowing wheat, cotton, peanut and soybean seedlings. 5g/100m2, spray the water 4.5kg on the soil surface.
