Product Description
Dimethylphosphorodithioate is an important intermediate of organic
phosphorus pesticides that can be directly synthesized into insecticides, herbicides such as
glyphosate, fungicides, etc.
Mode of Action
Dimethylphosphorodithioate is Add a certain amount of sulfide and
phosphorus pentasulfide in a mass ratio of about 0.7:1 into the reaction tank, and add methanol
dropwise in a certain molar ratio while stirring. Control the dropwise temperature at
40-45 ℃, add it for about 2 hours, then continue stirring at 50-55 ℃ for about 2 hours, cool to 35 ℃,
and discharge to obtain the finished product with a yield of over 75%.
The hydrogen sulfide generated by the reaction is introduced into the absorption tower for alkaline
absorption. China has also adopted a new catalytic process to synthesize methyl sulfides, which has
improved product quality and yield. By selecting appropriate catalysts and certain reaction conditions,
the average content of methyl sulfide is 94.20%, and the average yield is 93.84%.
Use
Dimethylphosphorodithioate is an important intermediate of organic
phosphorus pesticides that can be directly synthesized into insecticides,
herbicides such as glyphosate, fungicides, etc. Methyl sulfide is obtained by esterification reaction
between phosphorus pentoxide and methanol.
